Is Delivery Really Free?
Yes delivery is free to all addresses in the U.K.
See our delivery and dispatch policy.
We do not deliver outside the U.K
If my image is of low resolution or poor quality would you contact me?
Yes, if we had any concerns of this nature we would contact you by telephone or email before your image goes to print. We would however recommend digital image files to be a minimum of 1MB in size. Should you need help regarding this you could always email the digital image file to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily check the image resolution on your behalf.
Can I get advice on the choice of mount and frame colours?
Yes no problem. If you email your photo to us we can use our years of framing experience to suggest a frame colour and a mount colour which would best show off your photo. We do not charge for this help.
Please explain the difference between the 'image size' and the 'frame size'?
The ‘image size’ is the size of just your photo. The ‘frame size’ will be larger as it includes the ‘image size (your photo)’, the mount and the frame.
Can I adjust the size and orientation of the uploaded photo in the frame visualiser?
Yes just click on the uploaded photo to bring up the photo editing tools.
When will I receive my order?
For the UK: Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days and delivery normally occurs 2 days after dispatch. Delivery to the more remote parts of the UK will take longer.
Can I place an order without setting up an account?
Yes, place your order completing your billing and delivery address and then simply proceed to check out as a guest. None of your details will then be stored
What if I have an account and forget my password?
Simply log in to your account and click on the link ‘forgot password’. You will need to confirm your email address and once done we shall email your password to your registered email address.
How will my order be packaged?
To help ensure your order arrives with you safely, we will attach corner protectors onto the frame and package your order in bubble wrap before placing in a special cardboard frame box.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS message or email from the Royal Mail with a link to track your package.
What happens if my order is damaged upon delivery?
After careful packaging at our end, hopefully this will never be an issue. However, should your package be damaged upon arrival please contact our Customer Services Team immediately to discuss on 01492 588435 or email email@example.com. We will happily provide a replacement in line with our damage policy.
Can I amend my delivery address if I need to?
Yes you can. If your order has not already been processed please telephone or email us and we can amend on your behalf.
Can I change an existing order so I can add more items?
Yes this is possible. Please call our customer services team on 01492 588435 or email firstname.lastname@example.org .You will need the order reference number previously given together with details of the items you’d like to add on. Our team will then advise of a new delivery date for the total order.
How will the framed prints appear?
We use 2mm float glass as glazing and not cheap perspex. Glass provides a more professional finish and looks far better.
Will my frame have wall hanging elements in place?
Yes, as standard practice our framed prints are strung with picture cord and are ready to hang on the wall.
What printers/paper are used in the creation of my piece?
We use top quality Epson inkjet printers. Your photo will be printed on glossy photo paper.
If requested can you edit my image?
Yes, basic photo imaging will be carried out. Anything more specific may still be possible but we would recommend you contact us prior to order to discuss your requirements.
How can I pay?
We accept Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. and Apple Pay
Will you include an invoice with my order?
Yes we will email over an invoice as soon as your order is completed.
